The Evolution of Blender Recipes

It’s not debatable that juicing and smoothies are all the rage right now and the health benefits really cannot be denied. We all want to be healthier and live our best lives and blender drinks, when done the right way, can really lend to that.

hbr-book_cover-xlIf you find yourself searching all over the internet and Pinterest looking for new and exciting recipes like I do so often, you may have already heard of Tess Master, commonly referred to as The Blender Girl. She creates epic allergy-free whole food concoctions that are easy to make and accessible to anyone, no matter your dietary restrictions. She has been featured in a variety of markets and is garnering a reputation as an authority on blender drinks.

Her debut cookbook, The Blender Girl, is full of creative recipes and lots of tips and tricks relayed in an approachable and lively style. She is currently on her book tour and will be in town from May 30th through June 1st. Want to catch her and get your own signed copy and maybe a few new tips? Check out her schedule below:

Saturday, May 31st

1pm| La Creuset Signature Store at Scottsdale Quarter

Here she will be recreating some of her recipes in their signature kitchen as well as signing copies of her book. There will also be a drawing to win a 14” Le Creuset serving platter.

4pm| Williams-Sonoma at Biltmore Fashion Park

Come by for an in-store appearance and book signing.

Sunday, June 1st

1pm| Williams-Sonoma at Scottsdale Fashion Square

Some to see a demo as well as participate in a book signing.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get a first look at her cookbook as well as the chance to speak with her and hear her ideas and insight on the evolution on blender recipes.

About the Author - Taryn Jeffries

Editor and Chief Eating Officer of PhoenixBites, 2017 Food Writer of the Year (Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame) Taryn grew up in a small town in Illinois with a doting Grandmother who taught her the way around a kitchen and that food is representative of love.
