Prickly Pear Margarita
Servings 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 ounces prickly pear sour*
- 2 ounces Jose Cuervo Silver
- .25 ounces St. Germain
*Prickly Pear Sour
- 10 ounces Lime Juice
- 4 ounces pear puree
- 4 ounces Desert Pear Monin
- 6 ounces Lemon Juice
- 8 ounces Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass and then garnish with lemon wheel.
