Allergy Free (and Stress Free) Dining at Intentional Foods

Whether or not you yourself have food allergies, it is likely that you know someone that does. Food sensitivities and the lack of knowledge in some restaurants can make dining out difficult in best cases and dangerous in the worst. Allergy free Intentional Foods in Mesa understands those dangers all too well.

Intentional Foods was created out of all the questions and worries that came when the owners’ daughter had a very scary allergic reaction. The restaurant is a place where families can enjoy their meal and time together without worrying if some wayward allergen made its way into their dishes.

This unique allergy free restaurant answers all of those “IF’s” that parents face with an allergy diagnosis.

“What if there was a safe place to eat?”

“What if you could have everything on the menu?”

“What if we could gather again with family and friends?”

“What if we could educate our community about food allergies?”*

Intentional Foods is dedicated to knowing where all their food is coming from. Any item and we do mean ANY item in the cafe is produced in trusted manufacturing facilities. Their market features trusted allergy free ingredients that will help you create your own dishes at home.
