With the holidays coming up, many of us are planning Holiday Parties.  Instead of serving only beer and wine why not serve up some craft cocktails? You need not be a seasoned bartender to impress your friends.  Eddie Garcia, bartender at Jade Bar at Sanctuary on Camelbackmakes it fun and easy to learn how to create some great cocktails with Mixology 101a five-part series on the Genealogy of the Modern Day Cocktail.Mixology 101 Rum Punch

In each class Eddie will show guests how to make 3-4 cocktails and will also provide some interesting facts about some of your favorite spirits.  Guests will also get to enjoy each cocktail as part of the class. Bar Bites are available for 15% off during the class.

These classes are a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon, by learning how to create craft cocktails in a friendly and sophisticated environment with stunning views of Camelback Mountain.  The first class begins on Saturday September 26th at 12pm.  The cost is $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and space is limited to 20 guests.  Reservations are required.  Visit Sanctuaryoncamelback.com for more information on Mixology 101.  Jade Bar will also host private classes as well.
