Veteran’s Day is a day to recognize the immense sacrifices that service men and women and their families make on a daily basis. Valley restaurants are stepping up to honor these brave individuals for their service to our country by offering active, reserve and retired U.S. Military personnel and U.S. Military veterans free or discounted meals.

Alice Cooperstown Restaurant The first 500 veterans to dine at Alice Cooperstown will receive a free $5.00 sandwich.

Applebee’s Veterans and active duty military will receive a free signature entree from a limited menu on Monday.

Bar Louie is offering a free meal (up to a $12 value) from open to close. Just show your military ID or proof of service.

California Pizza Kitchen On Monday, November 11th, 2013, all veterans and active military personnel are invited to CPK to enjoy any pizza on the menu. You are invited to come in uniform or bring your military ID or other proof of service.

Chili’s will be offering Veterans and active duty personnel a free entrée all day from a limited menu.

Chompie’s will be offering a 50% discount to anyone showing their military identification to their server. Chompie’s Military Discount is good for 50 percent off a single (one) dine-in entree per active duty or retired U.S. Military personnel or U.S. Military veteran with proper military identification, with a limit of one discount per check.  Subject to change. This offer is not valid with promotional gift cards or any other coupons, offers or discounts. Excludes tax and gratuity.

Einstein Bros. Bagels  Active, inactive and retired military personnel will receive a free Signature or Classic Bagel and Shmear (or any other topping) on Monday.

Famous Dave’s is offering various discounts and free meals on Monday with proof of service.

Hooters On Monday, Hooters invites all veterans and current servicemen and women to enjoy a free meal, up to $10.99 in value with any drink purchase, by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Hooters location across the country. In addition, Hooters is sending extra love to the troops with its annual Operation Calendar Drop campaign. The 2014 Hooters Calendar is now on sale and guests are encouraged to purchase an extra calendar and write a personal message of appreciation for the troops. Hooters will collect the personalized calendars and deliver them to U.S. military stationed overseas.

Jersey Mike’s Subs will be giving customers a free cookie when they make a donation to Wreaths Across America.

LongHorn Steakhouse From Monday, November 11 through Thursday Nov. 14, 2013 all Veterans and active-duty military members providing proof of service will receive a complimentary Texas Tonion and non-alcoholic beverage.

Market Cafe at the Phoenix Marriott Tempe at the Buttes will honor all retired and active duty veterans with 25% off either breakfast or lunch on Veteran’s Day.

Menchi’s All veterans will receive a free 6 oz. frozen yogurt on Monday.

Olive Garden On Monday all veterans and current service members get a free meal from a limited menu. Any family members dining with them will also receive 10% off their meal.

On the Border Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free meal from the “Create Your Own Combo menu” on Monday.

Outback Steakhouse All active and former service members receive a free Bloomin’ Onion and a beverage on Monday. Outback is also offering active and former service members 10% off their meals November 12th through December 31st.

Red Lobster Veterans and current service members receive a complimentary appetizer from a limited menu from November 11th through November 14th.

Red Robin Veterans and active duty military will receive a free Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries on Monday.

SOL Mexican Cocina SOL will be having a Veteran’s Day Brunch from 10am to 3pm with $3 mimosas.

Starbucks Former and active duty service members and their spouses get a free tall brewed coffee on Monday.

Texas Roadhouse Texas Roadhouse locations nationwide will offer veterans a free lunch on Monday from 11am to 2pm. This offer is good for active duty, retired or former U.S. military.

TGIFridays Veterans and active duty military get a free lunch from a select menu on Monday from 11am to 2pm.

Toby Keith Military personnel with a valid ID will be treated to a free cheeseburger, fries and a drink, simply show your ID.

Twin Peaks will be providing a free entrée for service men and women (up to $10). This offer is good for veterans and active service personnel with valid ID or proof of service and is for dine in only; gratuity not included.

Yard House Veterans and active duty can enjoy $10 off any purchase at Yard House.

Z’Tejas will be offering their Bud & Burger for $11.11 to all active, reserve and retired Veterans.
