If you’re lucky enough to live near Seattle, you can enjoy Skillet Street Food’s diner which serves three squares a day, offering comfort food dishes like Pork Belly & Cornmeal Waffles, Red Beans & Rice with a smoked tomato/raisin compote, Southern Fried Chicken with black pepper honey drizzle, and Cochinita Pibil. - Chipotle Skillet Pumpkin Sauce – We found this one to be the most versatile of the pumpkin sauces. It’s good as is and poses as an interesting dipping sauce for fries.
