Luci’s Healthy Marketplace is quickly becoming the go-to for healthy dining and shopping in the heart of Phoenix. Now you can attend an array of informative and delicious cooking classes. Regardless of your skill level or particular food interest, you can find a class suited to your style.
The specialized classes for February are perfectly suited to bring in your sweetheart and cuddle up to the bar and learn how to romance each other with food!
February 6th: HOW SWEET IT IS
This Valentine’s Day, and throughout the year, treat the ones you love to delicious, health-enhancing, gluten-free, dairy-free, mostly grain-free, low-sugar desserts made from healthy fats and oils, and low-impact sweeteners. Chef Rachel will also show you how to make easy substitutions in some of your favorite recipes! The class is very hands-on with wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened recipes.

February 13th: DATE NIGHT
Steam, simmer and seduce your special someone with a romantic cooking class. As the saying goes, the quickest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. These days, we can all agree the same sentiment applies to the ladies as well. Chef Michael Tardibuono will heat up the kitchen teaching you how to make the perfect roasted pork loin, mouthwatering green bean almandine and a decadent flourless chocolate torte. Bring a friend, a love or a crush… all are whole-heartedly invited! It’s a hands-on cooking lesson, gourmet meal, and aphrodisiac–all-in-one!

All the Luci’s cooking classes are held Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm in Luci’s Kitchen. The fee is $39.99 per class, and must be pre-paid in order to reserve a space. Space is limited!
