Planning ahead for your weekend out? We’ve highlighted some of our favorite weekend events to make it a little easier.

Friday, October 22nd

Come out to Petite Maison between 10pm-midnight for the late-night Staff Meal. Tony Morales will be guest the night’s guest chef, offering your choice between 2 entrees. Entrees for Staff Meal are typically priced between $8-$12 and a Red Cup will be offered at $5. Search the hashtag #SouthinUrMouth on Twitter for commentary throughout the meal, and follow @PetiteMaisonAZ on Twitter for the menu announcement this afternoon! Reservations are suggested as seats tend to fill up quickly.

Saturday, October 23rd

Old Town Farmer’s Market opens tomorrow in Scottsdale at 8:30am. Come out and support local vendors! For more info, visit sotfm.com

Break out your cardigan and sport coats and head out to the Taste of Paradise Culinary Festival this Saturday, from 6pm to 9pm, at the grounds of Christ Church of the Ascension in Paradise Valley. This years event will combine delicious tastings from some of the finest local restaurants, musical entertainment, raffle items and a silent auction (with some really incredible items, really). raveAZ will be holding a Preview Cocktail party this Saturday, October 23rd, at the Calvin Charles Gallery in Scottsdale starting at 7pm.  Tickets for the pre-party are only $20, and as with the main event, ticket sales benefit the Valley’s own Waste Not organization. You will be treated to culinary treats courtesy of 5th& Vine, cocktails from San Tan Brewery, a preview performance by Travel Channel star Mark deCarlo, live jazz stylings of Dennis Rowland as well as a raffle with amazing prizes and the opportunity to pre-purchase discounted tickets to the January 28th through 30th main event. Sunday, October 24th

Head out to Stratford Plaza for its semi-annual festival this Sunday. The Festival will include an important food drive to replenish the community’s Desert Mission Food Bank in time for the upcoming Holidays. Browse through great booths. Get a Free Oriental Pulse Diagnosis offered by Dr. Steven Erhlich of Solutions Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine. Bite into a tasty Taffy Apple compliments of Mathnasium Learning Center.
