SOL Mexican Cocina's Mazatlan Mule
Ingredients
- 4-5 slices peeled ginger
- .75 ounces agave nectar
- 2.25 ounces Don Julio Blanco Tequila
- 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- splash ginger beer
- ice for shaking
- mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle 4-5 slices of peeled ginger.
- Add in ice, .75oz. agave nectar, 2.25oz. Don Julio Blanco Tequila and 1oz. of fresh lime juice.
- Shake and strain into fresh glass of ice, topping with ginger beer.
- Garnish with sprig of mint and lime.
