Creamy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Passover calls for get-togethers with family and friends and of course, food. You’re worried that the holiday could have harmful effects on your diet – but it doesn’t have to be that way! In fact, Passover is a great opportunity to experiment in the kitchen, finding new easy, healthy and tasty recipes.

Creamy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut boiled eggs in half. lengthwise
  2. Scoop out yolks and mash them together with avocado
  3. Add onions, yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper
  4. Put mixture back into egg whites
  5. Garnish with paprika
