Innit App Eliminates the Need For All That Paper (1)

If you want to amp up your dinner menu or increase your cooking techniques, you need to know about Innit.

The running joke for the last few years has been that I am an expert eater, but I can’t cook to save my life. Full disclosure: that’s not 100% true. I mean the expert eater part is true, but the cooking part not so much. I can cook if I have VERY detailed instructions on what to do. Don’t take me halfway there and expect me to give it my own spin. I’ve tried, I just can’t. I have made spectacular meals that my husband and family have raved about for years. I swear it’s not just because they love me, it’s because I had a recipe. You should see it when I cook I have printed papers taped to my cabinets so that I can work through them to create a dinner. It’s quite a spectacle, but I just found out about a new technology that may help me maneuver through dinner without killing any trees or ruining the finish of my cabinets.

Innit is a new technology that works with Google Assistant and I can’t wait to get my hands on it! Imagine that you get home after running kids around or running a bunch of errands and you need to get food on the table within the next 30 minutes. Roll into your kitchenopen the Innit app and say, “Hey Google, ask Innit to start cooking.”

You’ve already selected the dinner you want in the app and the program will quickly open your personalized cooking instructions as well as any how-to videos that are available.

love to cook when I am completely prepared, and I think that this app will save me, and you, time, energy and of course paper! In addition to walking you through the recipes that you select, Innit will also be able to suggest custom meal recommendations and personalized cooking instructions. By the end of this month users with Google Assistant on both Android and iOS will be able to navigate the entire cooking process using just their voice.

Need some more motivation for using the Innit app?

Personal Sous Chefs Eliminate Cooking Mistakes

It’s easy to let a saucepan boil over while sweating over recipe directions, but looking at how-to cooking videos for each step without touching your phone allows you to concentrate on cooking and produce the best possible dish.

Custom Instructions Improve Your Skills

Ask Innit to replay the how-to video showing you how to julienne onions or to progress to the next step when you’re ready. Hands-free guidance allows you to master skills to take your techniques to the next level.

You Can Control Your Oven With Your Voice

Not only can you manage the app with your voice, you can also operate your connected oven. Innit connects with select smart technology to turn your smart oven on and off at the appropriate time. With Google Assistant you don’t have to physically turn any knobs.

If you needed a few more reasons for downloading the app, not only will Innit help you figure out what to have for dinner it will also create an all-in-one grocery list to make sure that you have everything that you need. Innit has also partnered with Chef Tyler Florence who will be creating specialty content for the platform. (Side note: I have made Tyler Florence’s horseradish crusted prime rib for almost every Christmas for the past 10 years.)

If you’re like me and need a recipe to maneuver through your kitchen or if you are looking to add some new flavors and mix up your dinner menus, the Innit app might be for you.

Would you use this new app? Do you think that it will help you get dinner on the table faster or up your cooking game?
