Skoop is a dairy-free, gluten-free, guilt-free ‘skoop’ of indulgence created by Nékter Juice Bar’s research and development team and led by Co-Founder Alexis Schulze. Made with only clean, plant-based ingredients, Skoop is a smooth and decadent frozen confection free of artificial colors, flavors and refined sugars. Each participating Nékter location hand-makes Skoop daily in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency. The two flavors, Chocolate Bliss and Viva Vanilla, are decadent blends made with cashew milk, honey, agave nectar, coconut palm sugar and sea salt.

“While most people desire to live a healthy lifestyle, most still have that sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied in some capacity,” said Steve Schulze, Nekter’s co-founder and CEO. “With Skoop, it was Nekter’s desire to reinvent the frozen yogurt/ice cream space with a natural offering that was completely different from anything out there.”

To celebrate the launch, all participating locations will host ‘Free Skoop Night’ on June 9, 2017 from 6 p.m. to close. Every guest in attendance will receive one free Skoop with three toppings, which can be enjoyed on its own (regularly $4.25), or topped with add-ons (three for $1). Toppings include: coconut flakes, vegan chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, cacao nibs, hempseed or gluten-free granola.

With the launch of Skoop, Nékter will also be extending Summer Hours at participating locations. To learn more and find the nearest Skoop location, visit www.nekterjuicebar.com/skoop.
