(None of Santa’s reindeer are harmed for the sake of the reindeer sausage scramble, but we can’t guarantee that you won’t get put on Santa’s naughty list!)
Are you ready to try the Reindeer Sausage Scramble?
Have you ever had the occasion to try reindeer? The flavor can be likened to antelope in both flavor and texture. The meat is lean and has high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and twice as much vitamin B12 as proteins like veal and lamb.

The Original Breakfast House has added reindeer sausage into one of their hearty breakfast scrambles. I can practically taste the smoky sausage coupled with the subtle flavor of eggs and the contrast of a sharp shredded cheese. It is unquestionably a festive alternative to their Big Ooey Gooey Scramble Mess. You can dig in on this special menu item through the end of the month.
Not feeling super adventurous? That’s okay!
If you’re just not ready to give the Reindeer Sausage Scramble a try, you have a plethora of enticing options at the ready. Their seasonal pumpkin pecan pancakes are a must try. We are still in prime pumpkin season, no matter what the peppermint devotees want you to think. The wonderfully put together autumnal breakfast dish. The familiar spices will draw you in for your first bite and that sweet autumnal flavor will have you wondering what the heck happened to all your pancakes in about 5 minutes flat!

No matter if you are pro-reindeer or pancake, you’ll be delighted by these seasonal items, so make sure you get to the Original Breakfast House before the month is up, or you must wait until next December.
