Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill’s New Fall Menu

Fall is right around the corner, and while that may not mean the same thing here in Arizona as it does in some other parts of the country like my home state of Illinois, it does mean that we get a switch up in menus at our favorite local spots. Beginning on Thursday, September 15^th Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill will begin serving their Fall seasonal menu.

This new fall menu will feature a variety of new dishes like Grilled Shrimp and Butternut Squash Risotto. There are even new cocktails and desserts just for the season. We’ve got the full list of new fall menu items. Get ready to dig in!

Pan Seared Shishito Peppers | $6.95 | Sauteed in fresh lemon juice and olive oil, served with chipotle aioli dipping sauce

Pomegranate, Spinach and Pancetta Salad | $7.95 | Fresh pomegranate, candied pecans, spinach, radicchio, pomegranate vinaigrette and macadamia nut crusted goat cheese

Fennel Sausage & Sun-dried Tomato Pizza | $14.95 | Fennel sausage, roasted yellow peppers, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant, four cheese blend and goat cheese crumbles

Peppercorn & Artisan Blue Cheese Burger | $13.95 | Beef patty, three peppercorn rub, demi glaze, melted Artisan blue cheese, arugula, tomato, red pepper tapenade, garlic aioli on a toasted ciabatta bread

Grilled Shrimp & Butternut Squash Risotto | $17.95 | Shrimp sautéed with butternut squash, braised leeks, spinach, basil, red peppers, garlic, Reggiano cheese and scallions

Black Cherry BBQ Pork Tenderloin | $16.95 | Apple brine grilled with ginger black cherry BBQ glaze. Served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and bacon sautéed Brussel sprouts

Caramel Apple Cheesecake | $6.95 | Cinnamon graham cracker & pecan crust, brandy glazed Granny Smith apples, pecan streusel, Myer’s Rum caramel sauce and whipped cream

Tennessee Honey Lemonade | $8.00 | Muddled lemons and mint, Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey, lemonade, simple syrup, grapefruit bitters and soda

Pear Pomegranate Cooler | $8.50 | Absolut Pear Vodka, Prosecco, pear puree, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and sliced pears
