Tempe Summer Staycation Deal

I thought I had more time to talk about triple digit weather coming, but here we are in the midst of the oppressive summer swelter. If you are planning to stay in town and looking for ways to stay cool, Tempe Mission Palms has a deal you’ll love.

If you find yourself in the middle of the desert without a pool, I feel for you. Thankfully, Tempe Mission Palms is offering up their pool all summer long at no charge to the public. That’s right, the hotel’s picturesque rooftop pool will be open to the public from 11am until 7pm daily all the way through Labor Day.

Pool loungers will not only have a stunning view of “A” Mountain, but they’ll also have full access to the poolside facilities. This includes their state of the art sound system, plush lounge furniture, pool games, cabanas and shaded terrace areas. Pool attendants will be at your service serving up refreshing beverages and delectable dishes from the full Cabana Grill menu.

All you need to do is register with a pool attendant to obtain a day-pass wristband. Guests need to be 18 years of age or older, unless with an adult parent. Day passes will not be available on July 4th due to already scheduled events. Free pool access is subject to close for private events or if the pool reaches capacity, so it’s best to call ahead.

Tempe Mission Palms is also a part of Tempe Tourism Office’s “Summer of ’16 Staycation program. This program us designed to promote all of the staycation deals in Tempe from June to September. Individuals who book a staycation at one of the participating Tempe hotels will receive coupons. These coupons will be for local dining spots like NCounter and Thirsty Lion Gastropub as well as family-friendly activities like LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Now through September 10, 2016, Tempe Mission Palms is offering a “Summer Scorcher” staycation deal for just $149 a night. This price includes a daily $100 food and beverage credit, a late check out at 2pm and a waived hospitality fee.  Guests can book the deal using promo code SUMFUN.
