National Pancake Day is Saturday, September 26th and the brains behind Over Easy are going all out with their week-long celebration leading up to the big day.
As a full-out breakfast lover (I would eat it all day everyday if I could get away with it) the celebration of a long-treasured breakfast staple makes my little heart beam with joy!
From September 20th through the 26th the restaurant will feature a different pancake creation each day at each of their locations. Whether you have a craving for sweet or savory Chefs Aaron and Brad May have you covered. “glory of the grain and what makes each restaurant and its guests unique”.

Arcadia| Protein Sunshine Cakes, made with whey protein and orange juice
Bellingham| Salmon potato pancakes
Gilbert| Peach pancakes
Mesa| Rum raisin pancakes
Scottsdale| Granola buttermilk pancakes
Tempe| Maroon and Gold pancakes, made with bacon and mango
