Tony Morales creates a 3 course meal at Posh Restaurant on October 4th
Monday, October 4th, Tony Morales (long-time foodie, BBQ genius and all-around funny guy, with a hint of “snarcasm”) will be flexing his culinary muscles at Posh Restaurant, creating a 3 course meal for “Chef 4 a Night” priced at $29.
Founder and creator of Desert Smoke BBQ, once you’ve tried the sauce, you’ll know right away that Tony knows his stuff. (If you haven’t had the sauce yet, try the Sweet & Spicy!)
The menu:
Amuse
Creamy Cheese Grits / Bacon / Scallion
First course
Smoked Duck Confit / Mu Shu Pancake / Creme Fraiche Caviar
Second course
Venison Loin Hash / Fingerling Potatoes / Poached Duck Egg / Crispy Shallots
Third course
Boar Bacon Sorbet / Mini Belgian Waffles / Maple Syrup Sphere
A vegetarian menu will be available upon request and wine and drinks specials will be featured that night.
