The Rocket
North Italia is known for its incredibly creative menu with a nod to the traditional Italian favorites. The Rocket is North Italia’s very own 700 degree oven on wheels. Pizza, salad and charcuterie are all the same caliber of that which you would find in the restaurant, on wheels and ready to travel. Love the Fig & Prosciutto Pizza with the perfect contrast of sweet fig, salty prociutto and spicy arugula? How about the combination of the sweet roasted beets, creamy salata cheese and crisp flavors of the lemon crème fraiche of the Heirloom Beet Salad? Both of these and many more menu items can be yours on the traveling Rocket truck.
The Rocket can go anywhere you would like to have them for corporate or private events.
Triple Dot Food
There aren’t many places in the Valley that you a mix of Spanish and Dutch food, actually there’s really only one place and that would be the Triple Dot Food Truck. The menu is based off of the owner’s favorite foods: Empanadas, Bitterballen and Stroopwafels. Each category comes with seemingly countless options. Empanadas come in breakfast, savory and sweet options. Scrambled eggs and chorizo? Shepherd’s Pie? Buffalo Chicken? All unexpected ingredients delivered in a delightfully creative vessel. The Bitterballen, a Dutch treat of breaded balls with tender beef filling, come with a side of mustard or served on hoagie for a new and interesting sandwich. Stroopwafels, ever heard of them? Another Dutch treat, this one of the dessert variety, a delicate waffle made from two thin layers of baked dough with a caramel-like syrup filling in the middle. There are a variety of flavored syrups available with the stroopwafels. You can even take a few home with you to enjoy later.
