Learn to make your own cheese with hands-on instruction from Gina’s Homemade

Local favorite cheese-making shop, Gina’s Homemade, is sharing all their cheesy secrets with a series of classes so you can learn how to make your own fresh cheeses at home. The first class, Italian Cheese Making 101, will be held at their North Scottsdale Market location on Tuesday, February 5th from 6-8pm. Bring a date because this sure to be a fun class with hands-on lessons, wine tasting and other bites, and cheese to take home. For $20 a person, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Tuesday night.

Cheese genius Gina Buskirk shares about the new class start-up  “The number of requests we receive on a weekly basis to teach the art of Italian cheese making is huge so we decided to engage our fans to start a series of classes.”

If you’ve never tried Gina’s Homemade, there’s no time like the present. Their burrata has drawn an almost cult-like following, it’s that good. You’ll also find a full hot menu for , offered Monday through Saturday. You might find dishes like handmade lasagna, ravioli and manicotti and pizzas and soups on the to-go menu. And, keep your eyes open for their house-cured and apple wood smoked bacon and pancetta!
