Gina’s Homemade Market: Cheesy goodness in North Scottsdale

If you haven’t tried Gina’s Homemade products yet, you’re really missing out on their cheese deliciousness. Whether you’ve tasted their artisan cheeses, specialty pasta sauce, or made-from-scratch biscotti at a farmers’ market or from your favorite chef’s kitchen, if you have had the chance to savor their products then you know what makes them special.

I was first introduced to Gina’s Homemade – their fresh-made burrata, to be exact – at one of my favorite restaurants and was more than thrilled to learn that my favorite soft and creamy cheese was made locally. And, even more thrilled that they sold to the public. I was an instant fan and couldn’t wait to get my hands on some of my own.

Up until now, Valley dwellers have purchased their favorite Gina’s Homemade products from their appearances at local farmers’ markets and on the shelves of select local grocery stores, but they’ve recently opened up a storefront in North Scottsdale making it easier to pick up your favorite products almost any day of the week. Gina’s Homemade Market carries all of the popular items: a full line-up of fresh Italian cheeses including the much-talked-about burrata, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone, and fresh housemade takeaway foods like pizzas and soups, among others. You’ll also find organic produce from McClendon’s farm, specialty olive oils and vinegars, and salamis. In short? If you haven’t been in, GET YOURSELF HERE!

The market is open Monday through Saturday from 11am-6pm. If you’re not a local resident, gift boxes and biscotti can be purchased online at ginashomemade.com. You can thank me later.
