This Saturday: Bite Nite Benefits the ALS Foundation

The 3rd Annual Bite Nite culinary event is almost here! This Saturday, June 9th at 6pm, ticket holders will gather at the Arizona Biltmore for the special fundraising event for the ALS Foundation, full of tasty bites from Valley restaurants.

Attendees will enjoy cocktails and live entertainment by Carole Pellatt and Boneyard before the main event kicks off with appetizers, entrees, desserts, and specialty drinks from these 12 Valley chefs:

Guests will vote for their favorites in a variety of categories and restaurants will complete for the overall title, chosen by this year’s judges: Julia Patrick (Food & Flourish), Andi Barness (Sonoran Living), Jay Pizzaro (Foodies Like Us), Mary Johnson (Honorary Co-chair) and myself.

In further fundraising efforts, mystery boxes will be available for $50 if you’re feeling lucky. The boxes will contain surprises from gift cards, to $500 spa packages from the Arizona Phoenician, or even airfare for two. The live auction will include a private, 2 hour in-home cooking lesson for 12 from Food Network’s Robin Miller, an in-home, four course wine dinner tasting for 10 from En Blum Catering and Action Wines, a 7 day/6 night October Hawaiian adventure to the Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort (including US Airways gift cards) and more.

More information about the event can be found on their website at BiteNite.org.
