Friday, April 8th
- 5pm-7pm – Mbar Happy Hour at Prado
If you haven’t been out to taste the new Mbar tapas menu at Prado, you are absolutely missing out! Happy hour is Monday-Friday, 5pm-7pm and offers a selection of tapas (try the Beef Heart!) and select house wines and spirits. Saturday, April 9th
- Noon-9pm – Great Arizona Picnic
The Great Arizona Picnic is Scottsdale Culinary Festival’s signature event featuring Saturday Cooking Demos and a Challenge to the Chefs battle on Sunday. To view the entire menu of events, visit scottsdaleculinaryfestival.org.
- 7pm – ‘Miracles Do Happen White Party’ – Free admission
For the 2nd year, Former Arizona Diamondback Quinton McCracken and his wife Maggie will be hosting a special event at their restaurant, Upper Deck Sports Grill in Scottsdale, focused on raising funds for the March of Dimes through their charity, Miracles Do Happen. There will be food and drink specials throughout the evening as well as silent auction and raffle opportunities. Read more about the event and organization, by following this link.
- 7pm-10pm – SEEDs for Autism Culinary Fundraiser – $60
SEEDs for Autism, a Phoenix based nonprofit dedicated to assisting young adults on the autism spectrum learn vocational skills to make marketable products, is holding a ‘Climbing Above Challenges’ culinary fundraising event at Phoenix Rock Gym in Tempe. The evening will feature rock climbing, culinary stations with local chefs, wine tastings, a silent auction, raffle items and more. Sunday, April 10th
