Friday, February 25th
- All Day – Arizona Beer Week 2011
Arizona Beer Week kicks off on Saturday, February 19th and continues through Saturday, February 26th. View all of Friday’s events at: arizonabeerweek.com.
- New Tapas Menu at Prado – $4-$15
We got a preview of the new tapas menu and it is FANTASTIC! The tapas menu, priced from $4 -$15, offers an impressive variety of small game, seafood, cheese and egg options and will change regularly based on what’s fresh, available and in season. Signature items include Merguez Lamb Sausage with Coco Beans and Wild Oregano; Local Medjool Dates Filled with Cabrales Blue Cheese, Wrapped in Serrano Ham; and Grilled Garlic Prawns with Spanish Sea Salt and Arbequina Oil. A limited menu of $6 tapas and $6 wine are available for happy hour every Mon – Fri from 5 – 7 p.m. and reverse happy hour from 9 – 11 p.m. For more information or reservations, please visit pradolife.com.
Saturday, February 26th
- All Day – Arizona Beer Week 2011

- 1pm-6pm – Tempe Pub Crawl – $10
No light rail this year – all four stops are within walking distance!
First stop: Dave’s Electric Brew Pub
Second stop: Gordon Biersch Brewery
Third stop: Canteen Modern Tequila Bar
Final stop: Robbie Fox’s Public House
Tickets are $10 and include exclusive drink specials and prize give-aways (General Admission tickets at first three stops, VIP tickets at last stop). Space is limited though, so buy tickets now! Sunday, February 27th
- 5:30-7:30pm – Slimming Mexican Cuisine Cooking Class at Luci’s – $39.99
