Sanctuary wraps up its Lunch and Learn series this weekend with a special Friday night dinner and final Lunch & Learn session on Saturday.
Executive Chef Beau MacMillan will join his special guest, Chef Scott Uehlein, on August 28th from noon to 2:30pm in The Views at Sanctuary.
This week’s menu:
- First Course: Roasted Willcox tomato gazpacho with crabmeat
- Second Course: California halibut with brown butter vinaigrette, herbed quinoa salad and snap peas
- Third Course: Blueberry cream tart
As always in the Lunch and Learn series, each course will be paired with wine.

Perhaps the greatest of the events is the most-coveted dinner in XII on Friday night. XII is elements’ new private, chef’s table with a view of the kitchen. XII only seats twelve (the table’s namesake), so consider yourself lucky if you get a seat! Chef Beau will join Chef Scott for dinner on Friday night, August 27th for cocktails, conversation and some delicious food.
