With Negroni Week taking place from June 5th through June 11th, our friends at Ocean Prime wanted to make sure that you have the perfect recipe to make the best negroni at home.
Ryan Valentine, Ocean Prime’s Director of Beverage, has developed the OP Negroni, a simple but delicious rendition of the classic Negroni.

Celebrate Negroni Week with Ocean Prime's special OP Negroni.
Servings 1 Negroni
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Botanist Gin
- 3/4 ounces Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 ounces Campari
- orange peel for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a beaker
- Add ice to the beaker
- Stir for 15-20 seconds or until the cocktail is thoroughly chilled
- Strain into a chilled glass and enjoy
