Save the Date for the Cultivate Festival

On Saturday, April 30, the Cultivate Festival is returning to Scottsdale’s WestWorld to celebrate music, food and ideas. Chipotle Mexican Grill’s annual summer event series brings together chefs (locally and nationally renowned), brewers, winemakers and musicians to create an engaging environment and inspire conversation about food and sustainability. What can you expect from the Cultivate Festival?

Celebrity Chefs| Six chefs including Aaron SancheSix chefs including Aaron Sanchez (Chef/Partner at Johnny Sanchez, Co-Star of Food Network’s Chopped and host of Cooking Channel’s Taco Trip); Amanda Freitag (Chef, Co-Star of Food Network’s Chopped and host of American Diner Revival); Chris Bianco (Pizzeria Bianco-Phoenix & Tucson, Pane Bianco-Phoenix); Stephen Jones (the larder + the delta); and Charleen Badman (FnB Restaurant ) with Pavle Milic (FnB Restaurant, Los Milics Wine) will be doing cooking demonstrations.

Samples| Attendees can try a variety of local artisan desserts and chat with the artisans themselves.  Featured artisans include Cartel Coffee Lab, Churn, Doc’s Artisan Ice Creams and Super Chunk Sweets & Treats and Teaspressa.

Eat| Chipotle will serve freshly-made burritos and tacos, plus ShopHouse Kitchen will be serving up bold flavors in Southeast Asian-inspired bowls.

Drink| Chipotle has partnered with Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company of Gilbert, Ariz.; Boulevard Brewing Company of Kansas City, Mo.; and Cigar City Brewing from Tampa, Fla., to brew an original Mexican Lager that will be served exclusively at each of the Cultivate Festivals.

All Cultivate Festival attendees will receive a Burrito Passport upon entering the festival. If they visit four of the five experience tents at Cultivate and learn from what the experiences have to offer, they will be hooked up with a coupon for a free burrito bowl, salad or order of tacos at any Chipotle.
