Are you Master Chef material?

Master Chef is one of my absolute favorite cooking shows and this last season had to be my favorite to date. One major factor in it being my favorite season definitely had to do with Monti Carlo. From start to finish, there was such an authenticity about her; but you could also tell that she had some serious star power. I was devastated when her time was up on the show, but I found some solace in the fact that I got to hear her over the airwaves every weekday morning on My 103.9 FM.

Monti recently learned that Master Chef had never done a casting day here in Arizona and she has set out to change that… like this month. On October 27th, starting at 10am you can bring your best dish to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale-Sky Bridge Campus, and try out for the show! Monti, along with her panel of judges, are inviting 400 would-be Master Chef contestants to earn an opportunity for a pass at the Los Angeles casting.

What do you need to try out? Simply bring one prepared dish to serve to the judges. You’ll have just a few minutes to plate your dish at the location, but you must keep in mind that there will not be a kitchen available to you so you will definitely want to come prepared.  Download the application here (make sure to print it out and bring it with you on the 27th) and then visit the Master Chef website to go over the FAQ’s so you’re fully prepared.

It’s that easy and you have nothing to lose… on the contrary, YOU could be the Season 4 Master Chef!
