Throughout October, Olive & Ivy teamed up with Domaine Chandon and Belvedere Vodka to offer three special, pink cocktails to raise funds for breast health during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Mat Snapp, beverage manager and master mixologist of Fox RC, crafted each of the new cocktails of which proceeds will benefit Arizona Institute for Breast Health. The nonprofit gives women diagnosed with breast cancer a second opinion about their treatment free of charge.
To further raise awareness, Wednesday, October 4th, Olive & Ivy will be hosting a VIP Lighting Ceremony on the patio as pink lights will shine on the Marshall Way trolley bridge, honoring lives that have been impacted because of breast cancer. The bridge will be lit until October 31, so be sure to make Olive & Ivy your hangout spot for pink lights and drinks throughout the month.
The new pink cocktails are offered at $10 each and include:
- The Mayan | Apricot Brandy, Pisco Porton, Peychauds Bitters, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup topped with Chandon Sparkling Wine
- Two Long Vodka | Belvedere Vodka, Orange Bitters, Cranberry Bitters, Simple Syrup and Fresh Lemon Juice (pictured above)
- The Pink Drink Martini | Belvedere Vodka, Grand Marnier, Fresh Raspberries, Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Orange Juice and Simple Syrup
These pink libations will be offered until October 31, so drink ‘em up before they are off the menu!
