No need for kids to be the only ones getting schooled! RA Sushi is here to tell you that school is back in session, so sharpen your chopsticks and study up to test your sake and sushi smarts! On Sunday, September 16th head up to RA at Kierland Commons at 11:30am for their Sake and Sushi 101 class.
RA’s talented bartenders and chefs will give guests a crash course in the art of sushi rolling and will provide a lesson on pairing sake with a meal. This is one class that you’ll never want to end! Throughout the interactive class, participants will learn about the history of sushi, the different types of sake, plus test their skills in the art of sushi rolling.
Guests will enjoy an assortment of tasty appetizers and fresh sushi. Two different packages are available: $40 per person with sake or $35 without sake (does not include tax and gratuity). Both packages include sushi rolling lessons, a non-alcoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki (rolls), two pieces of nigiri, a sushi rolling mat, plus a voucher good for a complimentary lunch on a return visit. The higher priced package also includes a sake pairing flight.
