Pointe in Tyme Names New Chef de Cuisine

Pointe in Tyme located at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort has named Dennis Christenson as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Dennis will be responsible for directing Pointe in Tyme’s kitchen team, creating seasonal menus, and assisting Chef Anthony DeMuro, the resort’s Executive chef.

Chef Dennis brings a background of experience working at several Scottsdale restaurants, including Bloom, Sushi Roka, The Terrace at the Phoenician, Zinc Bistro and Mary Elaine’s where he worked under James Beard honoree, Chef Bradford Thompson.

Christenson was a 2001 honors graduate of the Art Institute of New York City with a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. While in New York, he held positions at Manhattan’s four star La Caravelle under Chef Troy Dupuy and at the Waterloo Brasserie under Chef William Schutz.
