Seasons 52 Adds New Summer Offerings to the Menu

The summer heat is here and it’s intense! Head to Seasons 52 in Biltmore Fashion Park to cool down with their sweetly-delicious Strawberry Coconut Skinny Martini and try some of the new dishes on the summer menu. Sit and sip in the bar/lounge area before or after dinner and enjoy live music Monday through Friday from 6pm-close.

The Strawberry Coconut “Skinny” Martini is my personal favorite drink on the menu right now – sweet, guilt-free and highly addictive! The martini is made with house-made strawberry-infused Prairie Organic Vodka and shaken with coconut water and organic agave nectar. Delicious!

Seasons 52 recently also announced a new Executive Chef Partner at their Biltmore location – Chef Steve De Barril. Chef Steve worked as the sous chef of Seasons 52 in Costa Mesa, but was promoted for his outstanding leadership and obvious track record within the company.
