Warm Fruited Quinoa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1cup quinoa(will yield 2 cups cooked)
  • 2cups water
  • 1/2cups diced peaches
  • 1/2cups diced plums
  • 1tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa in water using a strainer
  2. Add the quinoa to the two cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and smmer gently for five minutes.
  3. Add the peaches, plums and cinnamon. Simmer until the water has absorbed and serve.
