Ingredients

quinoa
(will yield 2 cups cooked)

cups
water
1/2
cups
diced peaches
1/2
cups
diced plums
1
tsp.
cinnamon
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa in water using a strainer
Add the quinoa to the two cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and smmer gently for five minutes.
Add the peaches, plums and cinnamon. Simmer until the water has absorbed and serve.
