Ingredients
4-5
slices
peeled ginger
.75
ounces
agave nectar
2.25
ounces
Don Julio Blanco Tequila
1
ounce
Fresh Lime Juice
splash
ginger beer
ice
for shaking
mint leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Muddle 4-5 slices of peeled ginger.
Add in ice, .75oz. agave nectar, 2.25oz. Don Julio Blanco Tequila and 1oz. of fresh lime juice.
Shake and strain into fresh glass of ice, topping with ginger beer.
Garnish with sprig of mint and lime.
