Herb & Garlic Compound Butter

Tbsp.
Finlandia salted butter
softened
1/4
cup
finely chopped fresh herbs
you can use any combination of oregano, rosemary, parsley, thyme, cilantro, sage and/or chives
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1/2
tsp.
kosher salt
1/2
tsp.
Black Pepper
1
tsp.
lemon zest
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
Put in the middle of a 8×8 sheet of wax paper, roll up like a cigar and twist ends in opposite directions to form a tight tube
Either refrigerate for use or freeze to store longer
