  • 8ounces Romaine lettucesliced
  • 2ounces purple kalesliced
  • 1/4cup red and yellow bell pepperssliced
  • 1/4cup cucumberseeded and sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoessliced
  • 2ounces mustard lemon vinaigrette
  • salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Mix romaine, kale, bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with the mustard lemon vinaigrette and salt and pepper.
