Arcadia Tavern is celebrating 2018 Cinco De Mayo with cheese, chicken and beef enchiladas.  Chef Kurtis Smith has produced a delightful enchilada plate that features three enchiladas, rice and beans for $13.95 (cheese) or $14.95 (chicken or beef).  In addition, all Mexican beers in a bottle will be $3 and house margaritas for $5.
