Get Ready For Take-Off: Wine Tasting Flight School at ACI

You’re invited to eat, drink and be merry with Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) Chefs and Culinarians as they present the next in a series of Wine Tasting Flight School Classes: Wines of Spain and Portugal. This wine lover’s event features one seating at 6:30 p.m. promptly on Thursday, September 17, at ACI’s du Jour Restaurant, 10585 North 114th Street in Scottsdale (116thStreet & Shea).Wine Tasting Flight School

This cheery evening class, featuring a four-course wine tasting menu, is only $55 (Tax and gratuity included) and open to anyone 21 or older, but space is limited and participants must register online.

Featured wines will include: Broadbent Vinho Verde Rose; Castro Martin A20 Albarino; Beronia Rioja Crianza; and Quinta la Rosa White Port. Each special wine will be paired with superb food (tasting size portions) prepared by ACI Chefs and Students.

“For this next installment of our wine education and tasting events,  we have hand selected four exceptional wines from Spain and Portugal that you don’t come across every day, and we will be pairing them with four small courses of exquisite food,” notes Arizona Culinary Institute Executive Chef Christopher Wolf who will be personally cooking during this magical evening. “You will learn a little bit about each of the wines, and the last time we did this, it sold out pretty quick, so don’t hesitate to sign up for this one. It’s a steal of a deal.”
