Tomorrow the temperature in Scottsdale is estimated to be around a high of 95 degrees. I know it’s not as hot as it will be come July or August, but that temperature will surely lend to tomorrow’s fundraising event at the Cold Stone Creamery World Headquarters.
From 1pm to 4pm tomorrow, April 20th, Cold Stone is pairing up with Best Buddies Arizona for an Ice Cream Social. Best Buddies Arizona is a local non-profit organization that serves students and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by fulfilling their mission of creating a global volunteer movement that created opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development.
Anyone that comes in to the Cold Stone Headquarters and makes a donation to Best Buddies will receive a reward in the form of delicious ice cream. Nothing better than helping out a local charity and leaving with a happy heart and a sweet treat!
