PhoenixBites: Of all your favorite meals, what one dish would you like to learn to master?

Ty Miller: Lasagna with turkey sausage is a meal I would love to master. I think I will try that this week. I’ll let you know how it goes.

PhoenixBites: Is there a person (chef, home cook, family member, etc.) that has inspired you to sharpen your culinary abilities?

Ty Miller: My wife has inspired me because she makes things look so effortless. Also, Chef Robert because he shows me that it’s easy to be manly and cook.

PhoenixBites: Any advice you can give to our readers who may be beginners in the kitchen?

Ty Miller: The advice I can give is: keep the heat low and have fun. Don’t over think it.
