“Worst Cooks in America” Cast Member Priscilla Harden Shares an Interview

Priscilla Harden, a cast member of Food Network’s “Worst Cooks in America” recently answered a few questions for us about her passion to learn to cook and her favorite meals.

Priscilla, 60, from Texas, has been pampered by her husband who has taken over all kitchen duties for the last 31 years. Now, the tables have turned on this retired teacher, as she becomes the student and learns to cook, so she can finally repay her husband for all that he has done.

PhoenixBites: Of all your favorite meals, what one dish would you like to learn to master?

Priscilla Harden: I would like to master cooking the steak as well as Chef Anne prepared it.

PhoenixBites: Is there a person (chef, home cook, family member, etc.) that has inspired you to sharpen your culinary abilities?

Priscilla Harden: Why of course, Chef Anne’s professional techniques, as seen on her show TV show.

PhoenixBites: Any advice you can give to our readers who may be beginners in the kitchen?

Priscilla Harden: Yes, do not take so many notes. Look and listen, and then replicate as much as you can remember. Then, use common sense with the rest.
