Ingredients

Oroweat® Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread

ounces
roasted turkey breast

Tbsp.
low-fat mayo

medium green grapes
1.5
Tbsp.
walnuts
chopped
1
slice
red onion
finely chopped
1
tsp.
fresh parsley
2
large romaine lettuce leaves
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Shred turkey, by hand, into small pieces.
Combine turkey, grapes, walnuts, onion, parsley, mayo, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Toast two slices of bread to your desired temperature.
Place turkey salad evenly on both slices of bread and top each with a romaine lettuce leaf.
Serve open faced.
