Ingredients
  • 2slices Oroweat® Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread
  • 3ounces roasted turkey breast
  • 2Tbsp. low-fat mayo
  • 6 medium green grapes
  • 1.5Tbsp. walnutschopped
  • 1slice red onionfinely chopped
  • 1tsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • ground pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Shred turkey, by hand, into small pieces.
  2. Combine turkey, grapes, walnuts, onion, parsley, mayo, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Toast two slices of bread to your desired temperature.
  4. Place turkey salad evenly on both slices of bread and top each with a romaine lettuce leaf.
  5. Serve open faced.
