Market Street Kitchen Puerto Rico Relief Fundraiser

Market Street Kitchen will host a Tiki Thursday event to benefit the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The proceeds will go to Unidos por Puerto Rico, and all donations will be matched.

Appetizers
Chicharrones dusted with a spiced Puerto Rican rub $6
Arroz con gandules (Puerto Rican fried rice) $9
Bacon, rice, pidgeon peas cooked down in a soffrito of oregano, garlic, onions, cilantro, olives, tomato, capers and saffron
Entrée
Puerto Rican spiced (garlic, dried peppers, oregano, salt, pepper) Rotisserie pork butt $19
served with sauteed peppers, onions, garlic and potatoes seasoned with citrus, glazed with pineapple spicy BBQ sauce
