The Gladly and Angel’s Envy are teaming up on a four-course dinner, featuring Chef Bernie Kantak’s indulgent flavors served alongside four of the Kentucky-based artisan spirit maker’s top selections.
The Gladly’s Angel’s Envy Whiskey Dinner is slated for 7pm Saturday, July 21, and whiskey fans and aficionados can anticipate quite a spread. Think a Two Wash Ranch Liver Pate paired up with a classic Angel’s Envy Bourbon for starters, or a 72-Hour Cherry-Smoked Short Rib complemented by Angel’s Envy Bourbon Cask Strength, which packs a serious punch and earned a “Best Spirit in the World” nod from Spirit Journal, among other offerings.
Finish the evening with a fourth-course Ranfanote, a Peruvian bread pudding, and cap it all off with a choice of either a D.I.Y. Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Seats are available for $75 per person, and seating is limited for this one-night-only affair.
