Four Peaks Beer Dinner at House of Tricks

House of Tricks will be hosting an exclusive beer dinner in partnership with Four Peaks Brewing Company on February 15th. The dinner will consist of a five course dinner inspired by the flavors of the Southwest along with some of Four Peaks most iconic beers.

Fourth | Odelay Mole Pork Osso Bucco with Raj IPA white bean cassoulet and escabeche

Fifth | Oatmeal Stout churro with cinnamon apples and Helles dolce de leche
