Special Fortaleza Dinner at Crudo

Let the culinary creations of Chef Cullen Campbell transport you to the Italian coast with a special cocktail dinner paired with one of Mexico’s most famous tequilas, Tequila Fortaleza. The Fortaleza Dinner on Monday, February 19 at 6:30pm features a delicious three-course menu paired with refreshing cocktails featuring Tequila Fortaleza. Tequila Fortaleza is made using old-world machinery and processes, in only small batches. This unique tequila perfectly complements Chef Campbell’s fresh Italian fare. In addition to the menu below, Chef Campbell will finish off the meal with a sweet treat.
