Okra Cookhouse & Cocktails is serving up a one of a kind wine dinner on Wednesday, January 25. The four-course Farm Collective Dinner will pair dishes from Chef Cullen Campbell with wines from the Farm Collective. The four-course feast will consist of pairings including Shrimp Boil in a Bag paired with Tank Garage’s Stars Like Ours Rosé. The four-course family style meal will be a festival of Southern inspired eats coupled with easy sippers from California.
The Farm Collective is a collection of six Napa Valley vineyards operating collectively to develop some of Napa Valley’s best wines, while maintaining the integrity of farming in Napa Valley at the same time. Farm Collective wineries include Farm Collective, Fortnight, James Cole Winery, Regusci Winery, Tank Garage Winery, and T-Vine Winery.

The Farm Collective four-course family style feast will be a celebration of Southern inspired eats paired with easy sippers from Farm Collective wineries. The Farm Collective Dinner is $55 per person (not inlcuding tax or gratuity) and starts at 6:30pm.
