Join Crudo for the second Blank Space Dinner | Somm Edition. This second edition will treat guests to a unique one-night-only encounter featuring guest sommelier Jordan Salcito of David Chang’s Momofuku Restaurant Group. As the beverage director for Chang’s famed cadre of restaurants traversing the globe, Salcito first honed her skills in some of the most elite kitchens in the world, including Daniel, Eleven Madison Park and John Delucie’s Crown. Once on-board with Momofuku, her adventure in fine wine unfolded into a playfully inquisitive approach, fitting perfectly with Chang’s “high-low” culinary mentality.

The Blank Space Dinner | Somm Edition will be held on Wednesday, October 11th, and Crudo Chef Cullen Campbell will unveil a special multi-course menu while Salcito offers some remarkable wine pairings for the evening. (You can opt for Crudo’s special Wednesday night polenta boards if you prefer to forgo the special menu.)
