Likewise, the upcoming whiskey pairing dinner featuring Suntory Whisky is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to providing unique dining experiences. On May 12, guests will revel in a menu complete with a sampling of Suntory products, including Yamazaki 12 and Baker’s SIB.

The Perfect Pairing: Suntory Whiskey and Phoenix City Grille

The whiskey pairing dinner at Phoenix City Grille will provide the perfect opportunity to experience the best of both worlds. Are you ready to dive into the special menu?

  • Welcome Cocktail | Lion’s Tail made with Legent Bourbon, allspice dram, fresh lime, gum syrup, Angostura bitters and local citrus
  • First Course | McClendon Farms Baby Gem Salad with aged sherry pickled green grapes, tart sun-dried cherries, piquillo peppers, toasted Marconas, Crow’s Dairy goat cheese tartlet and citrus poppy seed vinaigrette.  Paired with Yamazaki 12
  • Second Course | Seared Sea Scallop with coconut-infused celery root puree, grapefruit ginger gastrique, cashews, pomegranate arils and arugula fennel salad. Served with Baker’s SIB
  • Third Course | 5 Spice Copperstate Ranch Beef Tenderloin with lo mein noodles, braised baby bok choy, PCG black garlic steak sauce, toasted peanuts and micro basil. Complemented by Booker’s Pinkie’s Batch
  • Fourth Course | Godiva Cheesecake with espresso anglaise, gooseberries, brulee’d orange and micro mint featuring PCG Maker’s Mark Private Selection
