New Neighborhood Tavern: VIG Park West in Peoria

We are thrilled to share that The VIG is opening its sixth location on May 8th in the Peoria/Glendale Sports & Entertainment area. The VIG Park West is housed in the Park West shopping center, near the Arizona Cardinals stadium.

The latest location offers a bespoke, light-filled indoor-outdoor space perfect for sports weekends, happy hours, and chef-crafted dinner dates. The menu features upscale tavern fare, Vignature cocktails, craft beer, and wine.

Four Unique Dining and Seating Areas

The location includes four unique dining and seating areas: a street-side patio, an Arizona room, a semi-private den, and a bar and lounge. The design is a modern twist on traditional Arizona territorial design.

The central bar is a highlight, clad in aluminum panels with metal rivets reminiscent of an airplane. Terra cotta pots with olive trees and succulents line the outdoor patios and entryway, a nod to the area’s agricultural roots.

Chef-Driven Menu

Renowned chef Jeremy Pacheco will lead the kitchen, offering lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and weekday happy hour from 3-6 pm. The menu includes classic favorites and new creations, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

Community-Driven Tavern

The VIG Park West is the newest addition to the Genuine Concepts family, a hyper-local, community-driven restaurant group. The group creates unique environments that become neighborhood-defining hangouts.
