Let’s face it, it’s hard to get through Arizona summers. No one wants to be outside, and your favorite restaurants know that and are coming out with new summer menus to help take the steam out of the summer. Today we’re spilling all the deatils of the Salty Sow Summer Menu.

From now until Labor Day you can escape the heat and enjoy the Salty Sow Summer Menu, along with any regular menu items that you might be a fan of. The new items are refreshing and light while still being full of that familiar flavor you’ve come to expect from Salty Sow.

The special summer menu will feature the flavors of the season, like watermelon, jicama, cucumber, fresh fish and lemon, and items will range from $8 to $22 depending on your selections.

Salty Sow Summer Menu Items

Burrata and Prosciutto ($13) | watermelon radish, pickled watermelon rind, lemon, micro greens, herbed olive oil, smoked sea salt and crispy leeks served with ciabatta

Ceviche ($12) | shrimp, serrano, red onion, cilantro, lime and avocado piled on top of a crisp

Veggie Frites ($8) | Four Peaks Sunbru battered farm-fresh vegetables, tarragon-serrano crema and crispy prosciutto

Beer Sausage Trio ($18) | fresh bratwurst, smoked bratwurst and smoked polish kielbasa with champagne mustard, curried tomato jam and hot relish cream cheese

Sloppy Joe Sliders ($15) | slow cooked beef, poblano kale slaw, house-made pickles served with crack fries topped with a 110 degree minute egg

Branzino Taco Plate ($22) | plancha seared branzino, mango-jalapeno salsa, guacamole served with esquites and corn tortillas

Cold Soba Noodle Salad | Thai curry peanut dressing, plancha seared shrimp, carrot, jalapeno, jicima, cucumber, lime, crushed peanuts, Sriracha and micro cilantro
